HOW TO BAKE

MIX
Add warm water and coconut oil to a mixing bowl. Then add one sachet of 200g UnBread for Pitas. Mix for 1 minute at medium speed.

SHAPE
Divide the dough into evenly sized portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten gently into rounds, about 1cm thick.

BAKE
Place on a preheated baking sheet and bake at 175°C for 10 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

COOL
Let them cool slightly before slicing to reveal the perfectly pillowed pocket inside.
