HOW TO BAKE

MIX
Regular Version: Add warm water, coconut oil, and egg white to a bowl. Then, mix in one 200g UnBread sachet for Rolls.
Vegan Version: Skip the egg white and use just oil and water.

SHAPE
Divide the dough into evenly sized balls and gently flatten them into disks no more than 9mm thick. Score 3 times.

BAKE
Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 175°C for 50–60 minutes until they’re perfectly golden.

COOL
Let them cool completely before serving for the best texture.
