HOW TO BAKE

MIX
Add hot water and coconut oil to your mixer bowl. Then add one 200g UnBread sachet for Wraps and mix at maximum speed for 1 minute.

REST
Cover the dough and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

SHAPE
Divide the dough into three balls. Gently roll each ball to about 1mm thickness using a lightly oiled rolling pin on a non-stick surface.

COOK
Bake each wrap in a dry, non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until light brown.

COOL
Let them cool completely before using, or store overnight in a plastic bag or cloth for even softer, more pliable wraps.
